Business Development Representative – B2B Export
Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative who can independently generate B2B leads and convert prospects into paying consultation clients.
This role requires proactive lead sourcing, good communication skills, and the ability to close international B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and contact potential B2B clients
• Filter serious buyers and explain our services clearly
• Present our export distribution solutions
• Follow up with qualified prospects
• Collect and organize client requirements
• Support client communication and coordination
• Provide regular updates on sales progress
Qualifications
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• B2B sales experience is preferred
• Ability to generate leads independently
• Ability to close sales and convert prospects
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working remotely
• Able to understand client needs and present solutions professionally
High Performer Profile
We are looking for motivated individuals who are confident working with international B2B clients in a performance-based sales environment.
Compensation
• Base salary plus performance commission
• Monthly sales target: $10,000
• Commission is paid on all successfully closed sales even if the target is not fully reached
Performance Bonus
• Hospitality Product — $200 + 3% commission
• Rehabilitation Product — $500 + 5% commission
• Soundproof Mini Office/Room — $1,000 + 10% commission
• Glass Solar Panel — $500 + 5% commission
Sales Below Target
• Hospitality Product — 3% commission
• Rehabilitation Product — 5% commission
• Soundproof Mini Office/Room — 10% commission
• Glass Solar Panel — 5% commission
Trial Evaluation Period
This position may begin with a trial evaluation period. During this period, performance, communication ability, and sales results will be assessed before confirming long-term collaboration.
