Sales Development Representative
Company Description
We are Ah Nam Trading Co. Ltd, an expatriate-run company based in Shanghai helping international B2B clients purchase hospitality, Rehabilitation and corporate products directly from trusted Chinese factories. Our focus is on hotels, restaurants, spas, and other hospitality businesses in the UK, Europe, UAE and USA. We handle all supplier negotiations, factory communication, and shipping logistics, ensuring smooth, reliable, and transparent transactions for our clients.
Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative who can independently source their own B2B leads and convert qualified prospects into paying consultation clients. This role requires both proactive lead generation and strong sales-closing skills. This is a commission-only trial, with potential to transition into a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients in hospitality
- Filter serious buyers and explain our services clearly
- Close clients
- Follow up with warm leads and push conversions
- Gather and organize client requirements
- Provide daily reports on leads, progress, and client interactions
If performance meets our expectations, there is potential to transition into a long-term, full-time role with commission.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality or related industries
- Proven ability to close deals and convert leads into paying clients
- Ability to independently source and generate your own leads
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working remotely and providing daily updates
- Ability to understand client needs and clearly explain services
